A new season - a new name!

We have changed our name from Stocksbridge Works Photographic Society to Stocksbridge Photographic Society to reflect the fact that we are open to everyone and no longer receive support from the Steelworks.

We are a small friendly club and welcome new members whether they are beginners or experienced photographers.

We have approximately 20 members with varied interests in monochrome, colour & digital photography.

We have our own studio lighting facilities with different backdrops and we also have a Royale integrated computer & digital projector which was funded by the 'Awards for All' lottery scheme. We also have a new portable screen that was funded with a grant from our local Bridge Community Shop.

The club meets every Monday night at 7.45 pm for 8.00 pm in the Library, Manchester Road, Stocksbridge, South Yorkshire, S36 1DH from September to May.
